At Silken Oak, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our body care and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at silkenoak26@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued for:
- Damaged products received during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Products that arrive defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened body oils
- Opened body creams
- Opened nail oil pens
- Used products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
